Our Story: How we got started in commercial cleaning service

Our story began when our founder, Toni Williams, noticed a recurring issue in the cleaning business – a lack of communication and accountability. Toni had been working at Publix as a manager, where he honed his leadership skills and learned the importance of customer service. In his spare time, he worked in the commercial cleaning business and saw firsthand the challenges faced by both customers and vendors.

With a strong desire to make a difference, Toni founded Impact Cleaning Professionals and reached out to his long time friend, Taylor Riley, to help build his vision. Toni and Taylor had been friends since high school, where they learned the value of hard work and leadership while competing together in wrestling at Lakeland High School.
