Each piece of equipment requires special knowledge and training and we are happy to train our employees to use these pieces of equipment or compensate new employees who bring in knowledge from their previous years experience.

Our team utilizes Swept, a cleaning service software that aids in scheduling and job task monitoring. This software allows our team an easy and efficient way to log hours and communicate with our management team. This software allows our employees a simple to use and organized way to clock-in and out on cleaning job sites.

For our payroll, Impact Cleaning Professionals uses Gusto, a modern human resources platform that is easy and efficient to navigate for both our management team and employees. You can expect reliable direct deposit payments for your efforts within our business. Gusto is also the platform for out benefits, allowing our employees easy access to everything in one place.

We provide in house training opportunities, as well as from outside providers. Our training covers a wide range of areas and depends on the track our employees are looking to take in their career. These training topics cover anything from leadership and management to cleaning practices and operations. We understand the value of personal growth and we try to ensure those opportunities are available to all levels within our organization.
